Do I save money, the more days I hire?
Yes, we apply a discount on our normal prices on every extra day of hire. Also, check our deals page and grab yourself a bargain.
Are there student discounts?
Not yet sorry, but we are working on it
Can I pick my gear up the night before?
Yes! We recommend you come and get your gear the night before, so you are set for the morning
Can I get a refund on our gear?
If both Turoa and Whakapapa are closed, or you bring the gear back in the morning DRY AND UNUSED then we will gladly refund your money.
How long does it take to service my gear?

What if I cant bring the gear in by 6pm?
If this is the case, please let us know as we will organize a drop off point for you, or you can bring it in the morning.
Do we have to return the gear everyday we dont use it?
If you have the gear out on multi day hire, we will organise in store if you need to return the gear every day you dont use it. We are very flexible on this. Often if we do not need the gear, you can keep it and not have to return it... and not get charged.
